Rates
$150 per individual/couple 60 minute session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. I would be considered an 'Out of Network' therapist.
That means that I do not bill your insurance provider. However, I will
provide you with everything you will need to be reimbursed by your provider.
All Plans vary and may cover from 0% to 100% of your cost. If your insurer
does not cover counseling and you have a Flexible Spending Account or Health
Savings Account, that may also be an option for you.
Please ask your insurance carrier:
- Do you reinburse for an 'Out of Network' therapist?
- If so, what percentage is reimbursed?
- Do you require a treatment plan?
- Is there a limit on how many therapy sessions my plan will cover?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, Visa and Mastercard, plus most Flexible Spending Acount and
Health Savings Account cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Everyone is given one, "Oh no, I forgot!" But, since it may not be possible
to fill your appointment time with another client in less than 24 hours, you
may be required to pay the fee for our session. I recognize that emergencies
arise and would appreciate a call as soon as you can.
